    Overview:

    A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. . The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in managing project costs, financial reporting, and supporting key business decisions throughout the project's lifecycle.

    Key Objectives:

    • Manage and maintain cost reporting and provide analysis to support ongoing programme cost management.
    • Prepare and submit financial support documents to meet project milestones.
    • Work with key business units to produce necessary support workings in line with project agreement milestones.
    • Provide assistance in addressing queries with government stakeholders.
    • Support the development of contractual guidelines and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Monitor project costs and make necessary subsidy adjustments as required.
    • Serve as a finance champion, ensuring solid governance and cross-functional process development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate cost reporting and provide insightful analysis to support financial decision-making.
    • Collaborate with various business units to prepare the required financial documentation for project milestones.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial support for the completion of project tasks.
    • Provide reporting on project variances and support budget adjustments.
    • Act as a liaison with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
    • Support the enhancement of business processes to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
    • Report and manage project costs to ensure the project stays within budget and meets financial goals.
    • Participate in the development and delivery of financial reporting tools to support project management.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Qualified accountant with large firm experience (preferably but not mandatory).
    • Experience in industries such as construction, telecommunications, or utilities is an advantage.
    • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships.
    • Proven experience in improving processes and increasing efficiency.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in uncertain environments.
    • Experience in producing financial reports that support decision-making.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently, showing flexibility and a strong team ethic.
