Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand our client's service offerings and actively support in delivering across our range of services.
- Utilise your skills in the areas of structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help drive profitability and performance improvement through their business operations
- Identify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working be it system, process, or people changes
- Effectively analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes
- Manage people and project teams & engage directly with stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including the facilitation of interviews, workshops, and project governance sessions
- Be involved in projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out
- Help identify problems, opportunities and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows
- Helping to shape creative and innovative solutions to address issues
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as required
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively inform, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage expectations, deliver quality projects
- Working confidently to support building trusted relationships
- Stay abreast of latest Financial Service industry trends to drive innovation
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Strong understanding of core business operations gained through delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and delivery
- Excellent relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisations
- 5 years proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes
- Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
- Developing and maintaining your personal training and development plan to ensure you continue to update and improve your skill profile on an ongoing basis
- Supporting collaboration and teaming activities across engagements and across the Business Consulting team
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; with experience in presenting to key stakeholders
- Understanding of trends and implications on the Financial Services industry
Ideally, you will also have
- Strong numeric analysis, presentation, Process Mapping, and requirement-gathering skills
- Proven analytic and workshop facilitation skills
- Proven experience in developing structured presentations using PowerPoint and analytic skills using Excel
- Strong academic record including a relevant third level degree from university
- Experience in applying best practice Business and Process Analysis techniques
- Experience leading teams
- Lean six sigma and/or BCS training/certification an advantage
- Project Management and/or Agile certification is an advantage
