"I have a background in Biochemistry, having worked as a Clinical Biochemist for four years with Immunoassay IVD instruments. I came into the company with a patient and user focus and use this in my day to day when working on solutions related to IVD products we develop and build on site. During my three years working for Siemens Healthineers I have been involved in projects that include design of experiments, algorithm changes, process monitoring improvements and assay related investigations.
A lot of hard work goes into projects the Swords Engineering team work on and it’s very rewarding to see those changes implemented to deliver a better product that results in accurate patient results."

"I have worked now with Siemens Healthineers for over nine years; previously I worked for companies in the automotive and household appliances R&D sectors.
I initially started as a product engineer supporting the manufacturing team for ADVIA Centaur XP and XPT products, progressed to becoming the team lead and senior engineer. More recently, I progressed to principal engineer managing the Atellica product lines PLE and Manufacturing teams.
