Lea Krapp is a German native with over 2.5 years of work experience in recruitment. She relocated to Ireland in 2022 to join Morgan McKinley on the Multilingual desk and specialises in the recruitment of language-based jobs across various permanent, contract and temporary roles all over Ireland. Not only has Lea first hand experience in the relocation process herself but also since then has supported several candidates in their relocation and visa journey. She is working with international and multilingual candidates all day every day and has a strong understanding of the Irish job market.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Lea worked as an in-house recruiter and consultant. She comes from a psychology background and pursued her B.Sc. in Psychology in Germany and obtained her M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Psychology in the Netherlands. She is passionate about supporting other individuals in pursuing their career goals.
