Position: Customer Support Advisor
Job Type: Full-Time 6 fixed term contract
Location: Little Island (On-site with Hybrid options)
Salary: €28,000
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be key in delivering top-notch service. The role includes comprehensive on-site training to ensure you're well-prepared. After training, you'll have the option to work fully on-site or split your time between the office and home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Seamlessly guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Advise customers on their current packages and potential upgrades.
- Offer professional and empathetic assistance, guidance, and solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Use provided tools and training to succeed in your role.
