Role Overview:
As a Financial Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong advisory skills and in-depth knowledge of the Irish Life and Pensions landscape, particularly in retirement planning and protection. You will work within a dedicated team of sales professionals focused on ambitious, yet realistic, sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within a high-performing environment.
- Adhere to best-practice sales processes to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Maintain efficient sales pipelines to support the timely processing of new business.
- Develop and review personalized sales plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards, with support from compliance specialists.
- Track commission earnings and provide monthly updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with relevant parties in the sales process to set up client payments accurately.
- Build strong relationships with product providers and key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support the planning of annual sales campaigns in collaboration with senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in the Irish Financial Services industry, with a history of leading and motivating sales teams.
- QFA & CFP qualifications and all CPD requirements are essential.
- Highly organised, goal-oriented, and responsible for achieving sales objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge of Life and Pensions products.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, strategic approach.
