Seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team for a 3-month+ contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role in a dynamic environment.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Total: 22.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate:

• €15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide basic information to inquiries.
• Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on various tasks.
