About the Role
As part of the Employment Law team, you will advise on a variety of employment-related matters, delivering innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. You will work closely with clients ranging from multinational corporations to local businesses, offering strategic advice on workplace law while supporting clients' long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and compliance.
- Representing clients in employment-related disputes, including mediations, Workplace Relations Commission hearings, and court proceedings.
- Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE and restructuring.
- Providing strategic guidance on employment law issues, including workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, and employee grievances.
- Developing and delivering training sessions for clients on employment law updates and workplace best practices.
- Staying up to date with developments in Irish and EU employment law to ensure clients receive cutting-edge advice.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor with 1-7 years' PQE in employment law, ideally gained at a leading law firm or specialized employment law practice.
- Experienced in managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- A strong communicator with excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Commercially minded with a solutions-focused approach.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Committed to delivering excellence in client service.
