Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll data for multiple countries within the EMEA region, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Accurately managing all payroll inputs, including onboarding and offboarding, role changes, salary updates, expense reimbursements, and other employee-related transactions.
- Coordinating applications for tax relief and ensuring appropriate employee registrations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Maintaining up-to-date payroll trackers and documentation to support regional compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with payroll providers by validating preliminary reports, identifying discrepancies, and confirming approvals prior to payment processing.
- Staying informed on company policies, local tax laws, and statutory deductions to ensure full compliance across all payroll activities.
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee payroll queries, providing clear, timely, and confidential support.
- Managing monthly employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Conducting regular internal audits to maintain data integrity and identify potential areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a payroll role, ideally within a multi-country or EMEA-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance across various jurisdictions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial and employee data.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll software and technologies.
