Morgan McKinley is now actively seeking a Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join our Dublin mid-tier's Private Client Team.
The Private Client Team provides a comprehensive range of legal and advisory services tailored to meet the unique needs of their clients and their families. The team takes pride in offering a professional, personalised, and discreet service to address the diverse legal challenges faced by their clients.
Key areas of expertise within the team include the drafting of wills, the creation of estate plans, and the implementation of asset protection strategies such as trusts.
They also offer in-depth advice and guidance on probate, estate administration, and related taxation matters. Additionally, they assist clients with complex issues surrounding capacity and help them navigate residential property acquisitions, disposals, and mortgages.
The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Probate and Administration of Estates
- Trusts and Asset Protection
- Assisted Decision Making and Capacity Issues
- Residential Property Acquisitions, Disposals, and Mortgages
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues from other practice areas to address cross-disciplinary issues
- Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as a strong team player
- Highly developed technical and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
