Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and graphic) to capture the attention of our audience.
- Manage all social media platforms, overseeing content creation, curation, and scheduling to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Produce high-quality content, including photography, video, blog posts, and social media captions, to showcase products and promote brand storytelling.
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to drive brand awareness and increase user-generated content (UGC).
- Monitor, report, and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the brand's online presence remains innovative and aligned with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment in all communications.
- Identify key influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships, collaborations, and giveaways.
About You:
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop), and analytics software (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative: A natural storyteller with a keen eye for aesthetics, capable of developing engaging, trend-focused content.
- Analytical: Ability to make data-driven decisions and pivot strategies based on audience insights.
- Fast-Paced: Thrives in dynamic settings where trends shift quickly and adaptability is key.
