Provide comprehensive secretarial support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing confidential documentation.
Prepare accurate and well-structured minutes for meetings, including Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and committee sessions.
Coordinate and support logistics for large-scale industry events, conferences, and professional gatherings attended by senior legal professionals and stakeholders.
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including venue setup, guest coordination, and materials preparation.
Manage a wide range of administrative duties, such as documentation management, bilingual word processing, and maintaining filing systems.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline with formal secretarial training.
Minimum of 5 years of solid secretarial experience, preferably supporting senior-level executives.
Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in preparing minutes of meetings and coordinating events.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications, with strong bilingual word processing and documentation management skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
