    Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

    My Client is seeking a Clinical Seating Specialist for the Leinster region. This role will require you to Manage specialised seating clinics and community areas for custom moulded and modular seating systems, including mobility bases, both powered and manual. As the Clinical Seating Specialist, you will engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical nurse managers, public health nurses, end-user clients, procurement, and supply officers. The role requires a strong clinical background, high level of knowledge in human biomechanics, initiative, decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clinical Excellence: Leading complex seating and mobility assessments.
    • Clinic Management: Running and coordinating seating clinics, often involving interdisciplinary teams.
    • Sales & Growth: Driving territory performance through sales targets and strategic customer development.
    • Team & Client Collaboration: Liaising with OTs, PTs, nurses, procurement staff, and end-users.
    • Technical Know-how: Providing solutions on powered/manual mobility bases and modular/custom seating systems.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitoring trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities.

    Key Requirements

    • 3+ years in a clinical role, ideally in a seating or mobility role.
    • Deep knowledge of human biomechanics.
    • Experience with mobility product assessments is desirable.
    • Technical acumen with equipment adjustments and setup.
    • Experience with the Irish healthcare market.
    • Strong communication skills, both clinical and commercial.
    • Sales and territory analysis, budget management, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • A clean driver's license is required.
