What you'll be doing:
- Providing top-tier customer support via chat and email, aiming for first-contact resolution and world-class satisfaction.
- Efficiently handling a variety of player and account inquiries within set service standards.
- Taking ownership of customer issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively or escalated appropriately.
- Accurately and efficiently inputting customer data into relevant systems.
- Communicating product, service, and promotional information clearly to customers.
- Contributing to revenue growth through engaging outbound campaigns (no cold calling!).
- Collaborating with other teams to meet business needs.
What you'll bring:
- Essential: Fluency in both English and German.
