- Establish and enforce quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to monitor and improve testing effectiveness.

To succeed in this critical role, you will offer:
- Proven experience as a Test Director or senior test leadership role within a technology-driven environment, ideally within a product lead industry.
- Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing strategies across diverse product lines (software, hardware and embedded systems).
