The incumbent will support the Senior Manager & C&B Exec in related Comp & Benefits and Finance related activities.
This role is responsible for and not limited to:
* Preparing, actioning on C&B operational related activities.
* Handling/supporting annual salary increases, bonuses review cycles/process.
* Handling/supporting harmonization projects and cost simulations.
* Consolidating and submitting data for salary surveys, benefits data & government related surveys
* Consolidating and submitting data to vendors, suppliers, as required.
* Maintaining and ensuring HR policies are updated
* Maintaining benefits contracts, tracking renewals and data submissions to vendors.
* Handling and processing all related purchase orders, invoices and re-charging activities/documentation.
* Raising IDMP (internal decision-making process) document, monitoring and tracking them, ensuring that IDMP is raised for all vendor service renewal
* Gathering information/data and simulating manpower costing and resource planning
* Preparing and processing finance related activities, including budgeting, accrual, and re-charging and reconciliation activities and the processes.
* Liaising and working alongside with Finance teams on budget, re-plan, accruals and re-charging activities.
* Working with HRSSO team on payroll validation and ensuring payroll is accurate.
* Partnering and support HRBPs in C&B and finance related activities.
* Administrating C&B and other HR related activities, as needed.
