Overview
This role supports Comp & Benefits activities for the Singapore entity and potentially may expand to Asia Pacific office and local Opcos. The incumbent will be responsible for Comp & Benefits operational activities, including budgeting, costing, the review and implementation of existing C&B programs, ensuring they comply with current legislations and compliance requirements.
The Role:
- Preparing, actioning on C&B operational related activities for FBSG.
- Handling/supporting annual salary increases, bonuses review cycles/process.
- Handling/supporting harmonization projects and cost simulations.
- Consolidating and submitting data for salary surveys, benefits data & government related surveys
- Consolidating and submitting data to vendors, suppliers, as required.
- Maintaining and ensuring HR policies are updated
- Maintaining benefits contracts, tracking renewals and data submissions to vendors.
- Handling and processing all related purchase orders, invoices and re-charging activities/documentation.
- Raising IDMP (internal decision making process) document, monitoring and tracking them, ensuring that IDMP is raised for all vendor service renewal
- Gathering information/data and simulating manpower costing and resource planning
- Preparing and processing finance related activities, including budgeting, accrual, and re-charging and reconciliation activities and the processes.
- Liaising and working alongside with Finance teams on budget, re-plan, accruals and re-charging activities.
- Working with HRSSO team on payroll validation and ensuring payroll is accurate.
- Partnering and support HRBPs in C&B and finance related activities.
- Administrating C&B and other HR related activities, as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Comp & Benefits work and finance related experience can be considered from HR discipline.
- Knowledge and experience on accounting terms and be numerical.
- Solid knowledge of excel is a requirement.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Adm, in HR and/or a Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits
