- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and strategic agreements.
- Track client performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in account or program management within the travel or tech industry.
- Knowledge of aviation technology, including distribution systems and customer solutions.
- Proven ability to engage with senior leaders, handling both technical and business discussions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Fluent Japanese, Business English
