Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the enterprise segment, ideally Retail, Digital, Media, TMT, and Digital Native customers.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients within target enterprises to understand their needs and present solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Drive full sales cycle, from prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts and closing deals, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering value to enterprise clients.
- Continuously inspire team of new sales and business development initiatives to contribute to Japan market's growth
Required skills
- 5-10 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech or IT/Saas sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, relationship management, working cross functionally with internal teams and contract negotiation.
- Understands customer pinpoints and needs, align them with the company's product offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition to CxO/senior executives.
- Cab build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise organizations, leveraging a consultative selling approach to become a trusted advisor to clients
