    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and expand relationships with existing insurance clients, ensuring long-term partnership success.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular engagement and strategic discussions.

    • Collaborate closely with internal practice and delivery teams to align consulting and digital solutions with client needs.

    • Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure to achieve business targets.

    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure proper documentation in internal systems.

    • Oversee billing and revenue management processes, ensuring timely payment collection.

    • Build strong relationships with alliance and strategic partners to promote joint business initiatives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales or account management within the insurance industry (both Life and P&C sectors).

    • Experience working with Japanese and global clients in a consulting or professional services environment.

    Communication:
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.

    Negotiation:
    • Skilled in contract discussions and deal closure with both domestic and international clients.

    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Fluent (for client communication and negotiations).

    • English: Business level (for coordination with global teams).

    Soft Skills:
    • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Adaptability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Familiarity with sales management tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.

    • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams across regions like India or China.

    • Proven success in engaging senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
