A global travel experience platform is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow and manage strategic ticketing partnerships across Japan. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard key partners such as amusement parks, transportation providers, and cultural venues
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and strategic agreements that drive mutual business growth
- Develop and execute joint campaigns with suppliers to attract international travelers
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and optimize collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to enhance product visibility and sales
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, supplier partnerships, or account management in the travel, OTA, or ticketing industry
- Established network in Japan's tourism, entertainment, or attractions sectors
- Proven success in contract negotiation and strategic deal-making
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency
- English or Mandarin: Business-level proficiency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience launching co-branded or seasonal campaigns with partners
- Background working with international stakeholders or global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field
