    A global travel tech company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its offering of attraction tickets, entertainment experiences, and transportation passes across Japan. You'll play a key role in growing strategic partnerships with local tourism providers, optimizing product performance, and directly shaping Japan's inbound travel experience through a dynamic and scalable digital platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and onboard new partners such as amusement parks, tour operators, and cultural attractions
    • Negotiate contracts and commission models to create win-win partnerships
    • Analyze product performance and implement strategies to drive engagement and revenue
    • Develop seasonal promotions and bundled packages based on user trends and market demand
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to improve partner visibility and user conversion
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular performance reviews and support

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within travel, tourism, or digital commerce
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with performance data and KPIs
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Analytical mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to growth
    • Passion for travel, entertainment, and digital platforms

    Language Requirements

    • Japanese: Native-level fluency (required for partner negotiations)
    • English or Chinese: Business-level proficiency

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Understanding of Japan's tourism ecosystem and attraction provider landscape
    • Experience in launching promotions and customer engagement campaigns
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
