Roles/Responsibilities
- Oversee service operations, including progress management of after-sales activities and field service utilization.
- Manage customer reporting and collaboration with external subcontractors.
- Handle annual budgeting for service operations.
- Maintain and report on a database of after-sales activities to top management.
- Address product quality issues through collaboration with internal and external parties.
- Develop inventory plans for products and maintenance/replacement parts.
- Coordinate with the CS department at headquarters on quality issues and share information in English while overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations for Customer Service Section staff.
Required skills
- Over 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more individuals.
- 5 years of experience in after-sales service.
- Background in the electrical and electronics field is a plus.
Preferred skills
- Proficient in Business Japanese and English (both written and spoken), with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experienced in process control, work planning, and failure assessment, with a focus on overall profit and strategic thinking.
- Must be located in or eligible to work in Japan.

- Strong numerical skills and ability to understand data, with proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Management.
