- Lead comprehensive consulting projects in payment service solutions, identifying key business challenges, developing strategies, and prioritizing implementations.
- Oversee project management including progress tracking, strategic planning, and preparing service proposals.
- Perform detailed analysis of client and market data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with data specialists and international experts to develop custom solutions for diverse clients.
- Regularly update and refine analytical methods to ensure service excellence and contribute to industry standards.
Required skills
- Extensive experience in digital payment sectors, including mobile, software, and technology consulting.
- Proven ability in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects, coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scopes, and building effective business strategies.
- Experience in consulting, technical project management, or designing customer experience is beneficial.
