Logistics Manager

Our client is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient operations of their logistics and warehousing.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage freight forwarder and customs brokering, ensuring compliance of Japan regulation standards for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory, ordering, and outbound packaging and distribution to stores.
• Manage international shipments to customers and regular transfers back to global HQ
• Manage logistics invoices and operational costs
• Partner with global HQ to analyze logistics KPI with to optimize costs and performance.

Required skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Logistics Management, including Warehousing
• Strong knowledge of Japanese customs for inbound/outbound merchandise
• Business fluency in Japanese a must
