Roles/Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Resolve customer issues quickly via email or chat and track support queries.
- Tailored Solutions: Provide customized solutions for specific product needs and features.
- Fast Resolution: Meet or exceed Service Level Objectives (SLOs) with rapid response and resolution.
- High Satisfaction: Achieve high customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards in 90% of cases.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Use advanced tools to diagnose and clearly explain issues.
- Documentation: Document and categorize queries and issues for ongoing improvement.
- Technical Reporting: Create detailed issue reports for Engineers and suggest code-level fixes for complex bugs.
Required skills
- 3 years+ Knowledgeable in Virtual Machines, Shell Scripting, Linux, and Networking.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, customer support, and fluent in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy.
Preferred skills
- Japanese Business Level Skills is a must
