Roles/Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to convert client needs into actionable tech solutions.
• Manage data conversion processes, including ETL scripting and validation.
• Liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless integration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL and data mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• People management experience for 3+ years.
