Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan and manage non-asset businesses, including insurance, guarantees, direct sales, and training.
- Develop new products and business ventures utilizing insurance mechanisms to provide new value to customers.
- Manage and operate existing insurance and guarantee businesses effectively.
- Provide optimal insurance products to customers within the network based on expert knowledge.
- Lead product management for existing offerings and oversee the planning, development, and operation of new products.
- Collaborate with importers, insurance companies, automobile dealers, and vendors to enhance product offerings.
Required skills
- Sales or underwriting experience at an insurance company and experience in leading projects.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder interests.
- Located in Japan or eligible to work there, with native-level Japanese required and a valid driving license.
Preferred skills
- Experience in developing new services, products, or systems.
- Passion for creating innovative solutions while leveraging existing knowledge, experience, and expertise.
