Roles/Responsibilities
- Selection and execution of advertising platforms.
- Building relationships with advertising agencies and media.
- Optimizing ROI through budget allocation adjustments by traffic source.
- Planning online marketing strategies.
- Improvements through analytics, A/B testing, etc.
- Direction for building a data-driven site improvement and decision-making foundation using tools such as Looker Studio and BigQuery.
Required skills
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising (PPC, SNS, affiliate) in both agencies and businesses.
- Ability to strategize and execute web marketing plans, including LPO and Google Tag Manager management.
- 2+ years of management experience with a strong understanding of user behavior and effective leadership skills.
Preferred skills
- Experience using Google Analytics for web traffic analysis.
- Familiarity with reading Google Help Center and Developer sites in English.
- Experience in website and landing page production and direction.
