My Advice

Over the last decade and starting in the technology space, temporary and contract roles have become the norm within the industry as it allows professionals to focus on only their key job scopes on different projects amongst different clients. Coupled with the recent global pandemic, candidates have found that contract roles allow them to choose and move around roles that will offer them flexibility, growth, progression and better remuneration. What has been the most common success trend in finding your right role is to remain open to opportunities and listen to every aspect of that position, so that you too can find the right role!

My Background

I began my career liaising with various government agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of projects. Combining this with 4 additional years of experience in technology contract recruitment, I have holistic experience servicing clients professionally and helping them find their perfect candidate as well as ensuring the right contract positions get introduced to the right candidates.
