My Advice

I would recommend individuals to have an open mind when being approached or considering a new job opportunity, not just necessarily looking at the job title or remuneration (which is an important aspect I know!). Please remember to consider other factors including the succession planning and growth opportunities of the position, whether the culture aligns with your values, the financial performance of the organisation, the relationship you think you will have with your leadership team and whether you can see yourself becoming an advocate of the brand you work for. There are many different variables to consider and our role is to help give you a complete and balanced picture of the opportunity at hand.

Starting my recruitment career in 2009, I now has over 10 years of recruitment experience holding roles with market-leading global firms in Singapore, Hong Kong and Melbourne.  Given my strong Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain recruitment background, my role is to continue to grow out and develop the Morgan McKinley offering to the market.
