I am responsible for the growth of our greater China businesses based in Shanghai and Hong Kong SAR. The primary focus is scaling and growing the businesses to meet the growing demand of our clients across the region.

My Advice

We work in a highly mobile environment now, where the demand for skills is ever changing, the challenge of finding the best people in the market is more competitive than every and although businesses may have an idea of what their business needs are now and might be in the future they often don’t know the skill sets that they need or how to acquire them. We understand the talent life cycle from specialisation, attraction and retention. So, my advice is “come and have a conversation with us, you never know where it may lead!"

Having been born in Papua New Guinea and grown up in the middle east, multicultural environments are what I enjoy the most. I have spent over 15 years working across Europe, APAC & US managing and building businesses across public companies, Fintech, Blockchain, technology, digital, financial, marketing, staffing, human capital, & advertising sectors.

I have consulted for private equity and have a background in Growth, performance & management of group operations for global businesses, Financial, commercial & operational exposure including high growth, entrepreneurial environments with global, multi-national experience.
