A bit about the speakers…
Isla Macgillivray - Partner at Saffery Champness
Isla completed her ACA in 2015 at a top 50 London based accountancy firm before moving to join the Saffery Film & TV team the same year. She has worked exclusively within the creative industry sector providing specialist financial, accounting, audit and taxation advice across the sector. Isla’s clients include a wide range of Film & TV companies including UK and US studios and UK independent production companies, as well as small-to-large UK video game development companies and multinational publishers. Recently, Isla has progressed to Partner at Saffery Champness
Owei Soroh – Managing Director at Soroh Accounting Services
Owei became ACCA qualified in 2014 and worked at the top 50 firm Silver Levene, who are the largest ACCA Practice in the UK. He headed up the well-established Outsourcing function and was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, providing bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and other accounts related services. Since then he has set up his own accounting business.
