My Advice

Take the time to ensure your CV is correct. Simple things such as grammar, spelling mistakes and poor formatting can cost you an interview as remember this is the employers first impression of you. Always be honest with your skill set, if you’ve listed something on your CV you can expect to be asked about it.

My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley as a Team Leader in August 2021 with 7 years previous recruitment experience within Projects and Change. Predominantly I started off my recruitment journey as a consultant covering the contract market and after a successful few years’ of billings, I now also cover permanent and FTC opportunities. I take pride in my work and ensure I continuously build strong relationships with candidates and clients I work with.
