The Assignment

Our client was seeking a best-in-breed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who would determine how the organisation could use technology to deliver its considerable growth ambitions and drive transformation. The CTO would lead the architecture, engineering, enablement, platforms, and services teams and provide strategic partnership to management functions whilst collaborating with peer organisations: Cyber & Risk, Data, and Technology Transformation.

The Solution

While ideally this role would be based in Dublin, the talent pool with the requisite skill set is based in the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. We also scoped European expatriates across the USA and APAC.
