Founded in 2012 by one of the primary authors of the DMARC specification, dmarcian is dedicated to upgrading the entire world’s email by making DMARC accessible to all. dmarcian has global operations and staff in seven different countries. From small governmental organisations to Fortune 500 companies, dmarcian has an international track record for helping organisations across the globe and of all sizes successfully deploy DMARC.
dmarcian exclusively leads client acquisition through its US headquartered team. With a rapidly growing client base in Europe and with the support of IDA, dmarcian established European headquarters in Ireland in 2020 and sought an exceptional relationship driven Customer Success Leader / Director to drive the European business strategy.
This director would have overall responsibility for managing the strong pipeline of business, managing key client relationships, and leading the expansion of the team. The individual would report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the Executive Team in the U.S. to strategically drive the business and strengthen key client relations across the EMEA region.
Sourcing leaders from within the niche email security technology industry was challenging, given the maturity of the global sector. We committed to prioritising individuals with technical expertise and careers within the broader cyber security sector, looking at Ireland and the Irish diaspora. dmarcian is a mission-driven company determined to make secure, improved email available to everyone, and with that strong value-centric nature, they were looking for an equally mission-driven candidate for this leadership role. These values were deeply embedded in our interviewing and screening process, and it was of utmost importance to dmarcian leadership that this candidate be someone who is altruistic in both their professional and personal roles. We successfully identified a highly qualified individual who had spent a decade working in the US for a leading cyber security technology business who had relocated to Northern Ireland and was looking to move to Ireland.
