Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Salary: £20K - £28K (dependent on experience)

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- You will start by learning how to build the weekly Purchase Ledger.
- Learn how to prepare, analyse and report financial reports to support business decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on overhead spend and operational performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across payroll, operations, and finance.
What You'll Need:
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting desirable.
- Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- A finance-related qualification (Finance graduate/Part Qualified)
