About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager to take the reins on critical projects that will redefine our eCommerce capabilities. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global eCommerce, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change in a lean and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Set up and scale internal digital capabilities, streamlining operations and enabling sustainable growth.
- Lead the migration of eCommerce functions between third-party providers and internal systems.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to support their development, ensuring a smooth integration of new processes and tools.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, adapting your approach to suit both high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a lean business environment.
- Monitor and measure project performance, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in digital transformation, particularly within eCommerce or retail environments.
- Proven track record of setting up internal digital capabilities and leading successful migrations involving third-party providers.
- Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically as needed.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and working effectively across all levels of an organization.
- A hands-on, adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, lean business environment.
