We are seeking a senior Salesforce consultant in Oxford. This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office, while leading key CRM and contact center initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring successful project execution.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop well-structured and detailed user stories to support development efforts.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring project goals align with business needs.
- Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions and ensure quality.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, backed by relevant certifications.
- Deep understanding of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions and best practices.
- Experience in identifying, implementing, and integrating telephony systems to enhance customer engagement and service efficiency.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects with a results-driven approach.
