A leading Global Mobility team in London with exciting growth plans is recruiting for an experienced Global Mobility Senior Manager in their London or Reading office.
In this newly created, global coordination role, you'll be working with the firms largest corporate clients including Tier 1 banks, FTSE 10 listed businesses, globally operating corporates, and much more, all the while collaborating with other UK and EMEA teams.
Your responsibilities as a Global Mobility Senior Manager:
- Manage the day-to-day global coordination of client engagements
- Being the day to day contact for your clients
- Maintain and development strong and long lasting relationships with clients
- Management of all associated compliance processes for international assignees
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with new and existing clients
- Support with the strategy, development and growth of the GM function
- Reviewing WIP and ensuring commerciality and profitability
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate any risks
Ideally you will be CTA, ATT or ACA Qualified and have experienced working as a Senior Manager in a Global Mobility team, and have experience working with large corporate clients. Tangible career progression to Director and beyond is available in this position and team.
