Operational Due Diligence - Senior Analyst

Our client, a Global Asset Manager, is looking for an Operational Due Diligence - Senior Analyst join their team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

• Undertake Operational Due Diligence (ODD) on both ongoing and prospective investments, covering business structure, staffing, compliance / conflicts of interest, trade operations, cash controls, disaster recovery, valuation etc. and recommending action to external managers which requires additional comfort.
• Assisting with ODD process on new investment opportunities and refreshes.
• Compiling and reviewing background searches on key individuals and/or companies
• Creation of timely management information reporting to decision making groups and governance bodies based on information collated from investment managers.

Previous experience within Operational Due Diligence is preferred.
