Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual pay review processes, including budgeting and recommendations.
Benefits Management
- Assess and monitor employee benefits programmes for competitiveness.
- Research and propose benefit enhancements.
- Manage benefit plan administration, including enrolment and vendor relations.
Incentives & Reward Strategies
- Assist in designing and implementing incentive and recognition schemes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain compensation databases and HR systems.
- Generate reports on trends, pay equity, and cost analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure reward programmes comply with legal and internal policies.
- Support audits and documentation processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
