A Top 6 Accounting Practice located in Central London is recruiting for a Share Plans and Incentives Tax Manager to join their growing team
The Share Plans and Incentives team are a key part of the Practice's Global Employer Services offering, where they work collaboratively with other service lines such as Employment Tax and Global Mobility to advise clients of varying sizes, from start-ups to and entrepreneurial businesses and multinational groups!
As a Share Plans and Incentives Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a broad client portfolio and be the main point of contact
- Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
- Utilise your indepth knowledge of EMI and ESS
- Experience of reward tax, employment, NIC and capital gains tax
- Experience in the preparation of share valuations
- Seek to identify business development opportunities from new and existing clients
- Staff management experience including delegating work, conducting performance reviews, delivery of technical training
Ideally you will be ATT and CTA or ACA qualified, or an ACA/CTA qualified individual, with demonstrable experience as a Manager in a Rewards/Share Plans focused role.
The business operates a flexible working policy and this team currently work 2 days per week in the office, which may be able to be split between national offices.
