    Systems Business Analyst

    Location: West London (hybrid working)
    Initial 8 month contract - Start date ASAP - Inside IR35

    Our Global client is looking for a skilled Systems Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance employee experience and improve the efficiency of business operations.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Partner with business users to analyse requirements and translate them into clear deliverables, including user stories, features and acceptance criteria, using agile frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban.
    • Facilitate workshops, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to gather, refine and prioritise requirements.
    • Manage and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
    • Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the resolution of defects to support high-quality releases.
    • Document and map "As Is" and "To Be" business processes to drive improvement and support audits or regulatory initiatives such as legal entity separations, domain migrations or divestitures.
    • Create clear and user-friendly training materials and deliver sessions to support system rollouts and adoption.
    • Champion capabilities across business teams by supporting development, scalable solution delivery and operations.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within HR, People & Culture, Workforce Management or IT Service Management environments.
    • Proven ability to operate within agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
    • Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira and SaaS scheduling solutions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
