About the job
Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a VP Compliance Monitoring / Testing to join their Compliance team based in London.
Responsibilities below:
- Carry out testing and monitoring work
- Complete the reviews, monitoring, testing and other work.
- Carry out quality controls over processes.
- Participate in conduct risk assessment exercises.
- Play a leading role in the design and delivery of risk-based testing.
- Supervise the work of staff on the team including coaching, supporting and training junior members of the team and direct line management of a small team.
Previous experience within Compliance Monitoring/Assurance is preferred.
