Management Accountant | up to £40,000 | Banbury | 5 Days Onsite

This is a full-time, office-based role - perfect for someone keen to be a key member of a collaborative and hands-on finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports

• Collaborate with department heads to provide analysis and commentary

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Support cost control initiatives and financial decision-making

• Assist with year-end accounts and audit preparation

• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified or qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE

• Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments preferred

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Proactive with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Comfortable working fully onsite, five days a week
