We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for a client based in Redhill.
Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries promptly and accurately across multiple channels
- Upselling when possible
- Providing information about products
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data entry
The ideal Customer Service Executive Requirements:
- Proven experience providing outstanding customer service
- A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service systems or software
