Morgan McKinley are representing a global business with a growing finance team based in their Surrey office. This is one of two financial accountanting roles they are recruiting and reports in to the Group FC.
If you are looking to move in to industry from practice, or you are an accomplished qualified financial accountant, then this role could be an ideal move for you. You will need to hold a relevant and recognised qualification such as ACA or ACCA (or equivalent), and be able to demonstrate a self start style of working and be prepared to mentor a studier too.
You will be responsible for monitoring monthly performance of overheads, investigate any variances to budget/forecast and report them at month end and you will also prepare the monthly Flash report in a timely manner with commentary for review by Group FC as part of your remit.
There will also be some collaboration with the commercial finance team as well as fostering internal relationships with other areas that need support from finance. Externally you will have relationships with Auditors and other professional advisors.
