Job Title: HR Business Partner

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Working pattern: Fully office based / required to travel to various sites on a weekly basis

Duration: Temp to Perm I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a successful blue-collar company on an interim basis with a view of becoming permanent. Key Requirements:Education & Experience
- CIPD certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role, with a strong understanding of all aspects of HR

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
