Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Horsham, free parking
Salary: Up to £34k pa basic salary plus commission, company car, private healthcare.
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm, 1 day working from home.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for a client based in Horsham. Ideally you would have experience in IT/ Manufacturing/ Engineering or FMCG, however this is not a deal breaker!
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving company growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing sales strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
The ideal Business Development Manager will have / be:
- Proven Business Development experience (mandatory)
- B2B or B2C experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
